Opening of new operational facility in Frankfurt area, Germany.

📣 We have great news📣

We are very happy to announce the opening of new operational facility in Frankfurt a/Main area, Germany.

The facility consists of 1500 square meters high storage warehouse to provide full warehouse services. The office of 100 square meters is a part of the compound. Direct long truck access ensures easy and efficient loading and unloading process. The warehouse and the office are located close to the airport and nearby motorway exits.

Packing from Beauline France to South Africa.

🤔 Interesting assistance we did this week in France, for one of our global corporate clients.

We assisted a large packing from Beauline France to South Africa.

Two of our colleagues joined our client’s crew, to help with the entire move.

🤝 Two trucks, 4 men, and some skills equal a job well done. If only it was this easy…

🚗 If driving through the crowded streets of France with a van and two large trucks, packing and securing of the goods, furniture, and motorbike wasn’t enough, we also had to safely pack a tiny Renault Twizzy.

🚚 🚚 Normally, a car ramp would probably be easier, but here we had to use two regular car lifts and raise them simultaneously to ensure it is safely lifted to the required height. Then we had to roll it back into the required position and secure it inside the container. It was fun, but also a bit stressful.

🙋‍♂️ After the team breathed a sigh of relief, the shipment continued its journey. We keep our fingers crossed that it will safely cruise to its final destination in Cape Town.

Door to Door move from Warsaw to Kaarst near Dusseldorf in Germany.

🚚 Door to Door service for one of our global partners.

The client, who was moving with his family, spent several years in Poland. We had the pleasure of moving their family to Poland and now back to Germany.

The entire removal amounted to 72 cbm so transport was carried out by truck and trailer.

📦 In Warsaw, the belongings were packed in an apartment called Biały Kamień housing estate in Mokotów district. The delivery was to a single-family house/ detached house in Germany.

During the delivery, we used a Geda elevator, which was needed to lift the sofa to the second floor of the building because of the spiral staircase, through which the sofa did not fit.

👷‍♂️ Packing, loading, and delivery were done by 2 of our teams.

The entire move consisted of furnishings and personal belongings.

Most of the furniture needed to be dismantled and assembled.

Additionally, the client ordered a handyman service to perform minor work and hang some lamps.

All our activities were carried out efficiently and on time 💪 👏 ❤️.

From Saint Aubin sur Scie to Lausanne.

🎉 Happy Monday to everyone! Have you had a good wekeend? We dit! 💪

🌅 LAst week we made a very dynamic move from the seaside French town of Saint Aubin sur Scie located in the beautiful region of Brittany to the vicinity of Lausanne.

🏃‍♂️ The difficulty of this task was that the customer requested a working day delivery in the same week as packing due to lack of time.
Considering the large volume of the move, 62cbm, the distance, and the customs clearance, it was a real challenge for our crew.

💪 💪 💪 Our team coped with this task and kept the deadline, and we gained another satisfied customer 🍾 .

Motorcycle transport from Wrocław to Rotterdam

🏍 How do we transport motorcycles?
Recently, we had a motorcycle transport from Wrocław to Rotterdam, where it was secured and packed in a wooden shipping crate because the shipment was ultimately going to Dubai.
💡 How to secure a motorcycle when transporting it by a van?
🚛 First of all, we need a delivery vehicle equipped with fastening hooks, which must be part of the vehicle intended for this type of load. Once the motorcycle is safely loaded into the van with the help of a ramp or a lift, we proceed to attach it to the floor. Two of our employees are involved in this procedure. We start by threading the belt through the front suspension in its upper part. We pay special attention to wiring harnesses and plastic housings. We can also fasten the front belts at the wheel axle. This guarantees slightly less stability but does not burden the suspension and is safe.
The first side belt is mounted on the left front of the motorcycle when it is standing on the side stand. We stretch it slightly, we do not use the central foot. Then we fasten the second belt on the right side and slightly stretch it to align the vertical position. Similarly, we repeat the steps at the rear of the motorcycle on the left and right sides. Still taking special care with wiring harnesses, fairings, or other delicate structural elements so as not to damage the motorcycle.
🔔 It remains to stabilize and equalize the tensions of all four belts. We do it in turn, first the front and then the back. Tighten the belts to about 20% of the deflection of the shock absorbers and obtain a vertical position. The motorcycle prepared in this way is ready for transport.
It is better not to do it yourself and have the motorcycle transported by professionals. Give us a call 😉.

Door to door moving of 70cbm from Frankfurt to Geneva

A few days ago we organised the relocation (DTD) of 70 cbm of belongings, from Frankfurt to Geneva for one of our corporate clients.

What’s our story?

📝 The complication of this move was the difficult access at both addresses. We had to plan the whole project well because in both places we had to book special parking lots where we could put the truck for a such a long time. The parking space was far from the addresses, so the whole move had to be shuttled because the truck could not get into the narrow streets of both cities.

🛵 In addition, the crew had to move some heavy things like a piano and a scooter, which was an additional challenge in the whole situation.

🏆 The entire move was successful, our three person crew managed and did not suffer even the slightest damage.

The score is 1-0 for the crew against the odds and difficulties😉. Well done team, keep it up that way💪 💪 💪 .

Door-to-door service from Ulm, Germany to Batterkinden, Switzerland.

Relocation commissioned by our global partner. The client was moving from Ulm in Germany to Batterkinden in Switzerland. The entire door-to-door service amounted to 37 cbm.

Loading of the goods took place in the historic part of Ulm, the difficult access caused us a challenge, however, our crew did great 💪. In addition, we had to do temporary customs clearance (export/import) due to the lack of required documents. The customs clearance took place at the Weil am Rhein border crossing.

🎉 Everything went according to plan to the customer’s satisfaction!

The whole move was done by our three-person crew. The team did an excellent job with the old, antique furniture, marble countertops, and the piano 🎹 , which was the critical part of the transport and packing.

This is a question many people ask themselves before moving.

💪 When it comes to local moves (within the same country, sometimes within one city) it is possible to save money by moving your belongings by yourself. This can be done for example using your car or by renting a van and doing all the packing and carrying and then unpacking it by yourself.
